Safety Awareness Foundation (SAF) organized a press conference on “Earthquake Risks and What to Do in Bangladesh” with the aim of raising public awareness about earthquake preparedness, risk reduction, and essential safety measures. Venue: National Press Club, Dhaka Date: 30 April 2025 Time: 10:30 AM The press conference brought together earthquake experts, engineers, fire and civil defence professionals, architects, urban planners, real estate representatives, and other distinguished professionals. Speakers discussed Bangladesh’s earthquake risks, preparedness strategies, safe infrastructure, emergency response, and practical measures to reduce potential losses. Through this initiative, Safety Awareness Foundation aims to strengthen public awareness and promote a safer and more resilient Bangladesh.
